Technology Vouncher Programme (TVP)

TVP was launched in November 2016 to subsidise local small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in using technological services and solutions to improve productivity, or upgrade or transform their business processes. The programme is implemented on a pilot basis for an initial period of three years from November 2016 with HK$500 million from the Innovation and Technology Fund.
- (1) Registered in Hong Kong and have substantial business operations for a minimum of one year；and
- (2) Employment of manufacturing companies with fewer than 100 employees, or non-manufacturers with less than 50 employees.
Application Procedure
Quoting
Obtain quotations from technology consultant, service provider(s) and supplier(s).
Submitting
Submit application with documents required by the Innovation and Technology Comission (ITC).
Vetting
TVP Committee will vet application in terms of business relevance, budget and adverse record of technology consultant and/or service provider(s).
Approving
Successful applicant will sign a funding agreement with ITC and receive funding after submitting final project report.
